That Bariatric Book
By: Aimee Senior RD, LD
Whether you're preparing for surgery or adjusting to life afterward, my bariatric nutrition guide is designed to be a trusted resource every step of the way. Filled with practical nutrition advice, meal-planning strategies, protein tips, and answers to the most common questions, this book will help you build confidence, establish healthy habits, and support long-term success beyond surgery. Keep it on hand as your go-to reference throughout your bariatric journey.
Exercise Plans
Strength training is one of the most important—but often overlooked—parts of a successful bariatric journey. These post-operative exercise plans were created specifically for bariatric patients to help preserve lean muscle, support metabolism, improve strength, and promote long-term weight loss. Each workout is beginner-friendly, can be completed at home using only your body weight, and takes about 20 minutes, making it easy to build a sustainable routine as you recover and regain your strength.

The goal:
To help patients use GLP-1 medications safely and effectively by combining expert nutrition guidance, muscle-preserving strategies, and sustainable lifestyle habits—so they achieve healthier bodies, lasting confidence, and long-term success beyond the scale.
